KingsPH Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

Please read carefully. These KingsPH Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and KingsPH. They govern access to the KingsPH website, account services, games, betting markets, promotions, payment functions, and related features.

By registering, logging in, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, placing a wager, or otherwise using KingsPH, you agree to follow these KingsPH Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, do not register or use the platform. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised agreement from its stated effective date.

Nicknames, borrowed identities, shared registrations, and accounts created on behalf of another person are not allowed.

KingsPH may conduct identity and verification checks before or after you deposit, claim a promotion, place a wager, or request a withdrawal. Documents must be valid, legible, unaltered, and genuinely connected to you. KingsPH may request updated documents when earlier records expire or when activity requires further review.

Duplicate accounts may be suspended or closed. Contact KingsPH promptly if you notice an unfamiliar login, transaction, payment request, or change to your details. KingsPH may temporarily secure the account while the concern is investigated. You must cooperate with reasonable security steps, including password resets, identity confirmation, device checks, and transaction verification.

KingsPH will never require you to disclose a complete password. Avoid leaving your account signed in on a shared device, and use a unique password that you do not reuse elsewhere. Any attempt to obtain another player's credentials, access another account, or interfere with platform security violates the KingsPH Terms and Conditions.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

KingsPH may support Philippine payment options such as GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Available methods, processing times, minimums, and maximums may vary by account and will be shown during the transaction process.

Deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits, cash-equivalent cycling, chargeback abuse, and the use of funds obtained unlawfully are prohibited. KingsPH is a gaming service, not a bank, remittance service, credit provider, or facility for transferring funds between unrelated payment accounts.

Your wallet is maintained in Philippine pesos where indicated. You are responsible for charges imposed independently by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or network. A deposit may be delayed or rejected while KingsPH confirms payment ownership, completes security checks, or investigates unusual activity.

6. Withdrawals and Verification Reviews

Whenever practical, KingsPH may return funds through the same verified method used to deposit. Another method may be required when the original channel cannot receive a payout.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

KingsPH promotions may include separate eligibility, opt-in, minimum deposit, wagering, game contribution, maximum stake, expiry, turnover, and withdrawal rules. Read the complete promotion details before accepting any offer. A bonus is not the same as withdrawable cash unless its stated requirements have been completed.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, offers are limited to one per eligible player, household, device, payment source, or internet connection. Coordinated claims, multiple accounts, low-risk wagering intended only to clear turnover, opposite betting, and other attempts to secure an unintended advantage may be treated as bonus abuse.

8. Games, Bets, and Results

Game outcomes and betting settlements are determined using the applicable game system, published rules, and confirmed event data. For interrupted events, abandoned matches, postponed markets, dead heats, ties, disconnections, or incomplete games, the relevant game or market rules apply.

Visual displays are provided for convenience. Where there is a difference caused by a display delay, the verified platform record and applicable game result will be used, subject to any legal rights you may have. KingsPH may correct an obvious settlement, odds, payout, or balance error. You must not knowingly exploit a malfunction or retain funds credited by mistake.

9. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

KingsPH expects every player to participate honestly. You must not manipulate games, coordinate concealed play, use bots, exploit software, interfere with network traffic, scrape restricted data, reverse engineer platform features, or use information obtained through unauthorised access.

Prohibited activity includes collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation, identity fraud, money laundering, payment fraud, stolen payment use, chargeback abuse, harassment, threats, and attempts to gain an unfair advantage. 10. Responsible Gaming

KingsPH is intended for entertainment, not as a way to earn regular income or solve financial problems. Every wager carries a risk of loss. Set a budget before playing, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and never gamble with money needed for food, rent, tuition, medical care, bills, or family commitments.

11. Technical Interruptions and Errors

KingsPH works to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, device limitations, internet problems, telecommunications failures, provider outages, cyber incidents, and other technical events may affect access or game completion.

If a connection drops after a wager has been accepted, the result may still stand and be settled according to the game record. If acceptance did not occur, the stake should not be treated as placed. 16. Complaints and Disputes

If you believe a KingsPH transaction, result, restriction, or settlement is incorrect, contact the support team as soon as possible. Provide your account details, the relevant date and time, transaction or wager reference, amount in PHP, and a clear explanation. Screenshots may help, but the verified platform record remains important.

KingsPH will review available account, payment, provider, and game information. You must cooperate with reasonable questions and supply genuine supporting material. Reviews may take longer when an external provider, bank, wallet, or event-data source must be consulted.

Submitting abusive, threatening, knowingly false, or repeated duplicate complaints may delay resolution and may breach acceptable-use rules. The KingsPH Terms and Conditions do not prevent either party from using rights or remedies available under applicable law.

17. General Provisions

If one part of these KingsPH Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A delay by KingsPH in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive that provision.

You may not transfer your KingsPH account, balance, rights, or obligations to another person. KingsPH may arrange for qualified service providers to perform payment, game, verification, security, hosting, or customer-support functions while remaining subject to applicable responsibilities.

Headings are included for convenience and do not change the meaning of the agreement. Words in the singular may include the plural where the context requires. These KingsPH Terms and Conditions, together with incorporated policies and specific game or promotion rules, represent the agreement governing your use of KingsPH.
